Position: IIS/Wintel Admin

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Savannah, GA or Cary, NC

 

 

Required: US citizen or Green Card holder's

 

Technical Requirements:

·         Experience in IIS 6.x / 7.x server administration.

·         Experience in managing multiple concurrent task and projects.

·         Configuring IIS and deploying Application in IIS

·         Advanced IIS 6 and .NET server administration and troubleshooting experience

·         Implementing Security using IIS.

·         Manage SSL certificate.

·         Configure IIS with ISA server

·         Experience in IIS Patch upgrade, product support and product installation.

·         Deploying the Applications (Ear /C52War)

·         Enabling the LDAP / Active Directory Security

·         Creating SSL Certificates

·         Prepare performance report

·         Checking the Log files

 

Soft Skills:

·         Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)

·         Good documentation skills

·         Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE (Including MS Project and Visio)

·         Should have a great customer handling skills

·         Able to handle unforeseen situations

·         High level of acceptance

·         Can drive HCL's value and its methodology

 

Other Skills / Experience

·         Worked on Production systems

·         Datacenter understanding

·         Experience with Server Migration, Installation, Upgrades and Patching

 

Experience on following will be added advantage

·         DNS

·         LDAP / Active Directory

·         Monitoring Tools (like BMC Patrol, HP openview, IBM Tivoli)

 

Years of Experience

·         Total: 6+ Years of experience

·         Relevant: Minimum of 5 yrs in IIS Administration / Support
