Position : SAP SM Project Manager / Sr. SAP SM Consultant

Location : Houston, TX

Duration : Long Term

 

Note :  This has the PM role with SAP SM (with MRS experience) resource requirement

 

JD for SM Profile:

 

Roles and Responsibility

•             Work on a team as the SAP Service Management SME.

•             Prototype the derived future state in a test environment to a point that unit testing and POC can be understood by the team

•             Document the technical set-up

•             Review and unit test all development/deliverables with current project team.

•             Along with project team, ensures change management goals are met for training, documentation and user communication

•             Mentor the current project team on all development, configuration and customization to ensure successful delivery.

Skill & Experience

•             Must have working experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and a minimum of three years "hands on" experience with SAP module, Service Management.

•             Experience with ECC 60 - Knowledge in process redesign required to coordinates and participates in development activities and support the testing and implementation processes

•             Strong knowledge of all related SM table structures and content

•             Integration experience with MM and SD is required

•             Ability to research OSS for solutions and identify problems

•             Excellent knowledge in following areas: Notification Service Orders, Contracts Sales, Financial Postings, Master Data Equipment, Functional Locations, Customer Master Pricing etc.

•             Candidate will be responsible for all the requirements management in the SM area and  development work ranging from minor change request to major projects.
