This is our direct-client opening for a Sr. Java Developer located in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a 4+ month contract and our client is looking to hire ASAP. They are only interested in senior candidates who have strong development skills.
This position involves the developer working on Electronic Data Capturing (similar to Electronic Medical Records) program that clinicians are using on their iPads. The position also involved working on a scheduling program that is being used for all clinicians in the field. Therefore, anyone who has experience in the healthcare/medical industry working on some type of Electronic Data program or a Scheduling Program would be a HUGE plus.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years experience as a Developer
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated abilities to successfully document and communicate software platform designs to all levels of staff (technical and non technical)
Has proven record of successfully motivating and directing a software development team.
Ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines in a changing environment
Demonstrated ability to make decisions and see those through to implementation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while demonstrating initiative and using good business judgment
Able to represent the Company in a positive and professional manner.
Ability to travel about 20%
