Location -: Waltham MA

Durationn-: 12+ onths

Rates -: $60/hr on c2c basis

Primary : Java, J2EE, Lucene, Solr, Spring Framework , Ant, Maven, SVN, CVS, Unix, Simple Shell scripting,  Sql/ Oracle,  JSP, JSF, JSTL, Servlet, Javascript, Ajax, CSS, XML,Hibernate, , Tomcat application Server Secondary : MySql, Perl, PHP, Apache,  Omniture, Performance analysis tool like Jprobe
Relevant Experience (Yrs)
6+ Yrs in IT and 4+ Years of experience in Development, Production support in J2EE Technology, Tomcat Application Server, Unix Environment
Necessary Skills ·      Expertise in Java, J2EE, JSP, JSTL, Servlet, Javascript, Ajax, CSS, Hibernate, Spring Framework ·      Sound knowledge in J2EE and Servlet based project setup, development and bug fix exposure in J2EE and Servlet based project ·      Sound knowledge of Lucene, Solr ·      Sound knowledge in Tomcat application server, Eclipse Tool ·      Sound knowledge in Oracle and Pl-Sql. MySql is also acceptable ·      Sound knowledge in Ant and Maven (for build, deployment and code base setup) ·      Working exposure in Unix server ·      Exposure in Unix scripting and command. Perl scripting is also accepted. ·      Working exposure in Unix server ·      Hands on experience on Change and  Configuration Control activities using SVN, CVS ·      Need to have good customer facing skill and strong communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills. Desired Skills ·      Should have knowledge of J2EE Project, Unix Environment, Tomcat Application Server, Ant and Maven Build Tool ·      Experience in Development & Production Support activities, performance issue analysis ·      Aware of Database and Operating System terms. Roles & Responsibilities ·      Develop code in Scrum Methodology ·      Unit & Functional Testing ·      Researching data issues and communicating with business users ·      Interacting with Customer on providing day to day status on tasks and also coordinating offshore team work with Customer ·      Coordinate Release Management activities Generic Managerial Skills ·      Report progress/challenges to Project Manager
