Requirement as follows:

6 years of Total IT experience 

3-4 years of SFDC experience.

Translated Business Problems into SFDC requirements/design.

Participated in JAD Sessions and User Interviews

Collecting and analyzing the project's business requirements and transferring the same knowledge to development team.

Evaluating the data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys and workshops.

Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and Functional Spec documents.

Communicating effectively with Novartis project team to deliver product's functional requirements like screen, interface, and GUI designs.

Designing test scripts and test scenarios. 

Create Use Cases, To-Be Process Flows and Actor-System Representations

Good to have – ADM201 certification, Configuration and administration
