QA Automation Tester // 3 POSITIONS // MONDAY START

6 months initial + extensions

Dallas, TX

Skype, F2F (Need TX consultants only// No Skype// Start immediately)

Max rate: $30 c2c all inclusive

Need to have VERY strong QTP and VB Scripting experience.

Job Description:

         Excellent communication skills

         Ability to write, run, edit and update QC-based manual test cases as required

         Expert skills in QC

         3-5 years using QTP; Expert skills in QTP

         3-5 years using development tools

         Knowledge and full understanding of the QTP Object Repository

         Custom Library development in QTP

         Ability to code around unrecognized objects and controls in QTP

         Good Knowledge of QTP Business Process Testing

         Ability to integrate QTP scripts into QC

         Ability to manage, maintain and troubleshoot QTP scripts

         Ability to develop custom error handling and reporting methods

         Ability to work with a group of automation engineers and manual testers

         Ability to understand automation frameworks

         Ability to query both the front and back end and make sure the values match using a high level language such as MS SQL and/or T-SQL

         Understanding of Web protocol knowledge

Key Skill:

         5+ years automating test cases with Quick Test Pro

         2+ years using Quality Center

         Automation framework knowledge

         Familiarity with Agile, RUP, Waterfall

Nice to Have Skills:

         Background in Business/Process Analysis

         Prior developmental skills or from a developmental background

         Quality Assurance Certification

Experience: 6+ Yrs.
