Position:- WebSphere  Admin

Location: Mooresville, NC

Duration: 6 months

 

Job Description:

Skills and Experience:

Required: WebSphere Application Support and Administration on AIX / Linux platform
Ideal: Experience with Sterling Commerce; Experience in retail IT; Experience with CA Introscope APM

Responsibilities:

·         Participate in weekly 24*7 on call pager rotation

·         Dedicated to a highly visible Retail Project

·         Build, configure, support WebSphere Application Servers.

·         Design, code WebSphere automation scripts and shell scripts.

·         Compile new or update existing system documentation, support manuals, and SOP documents. (Standard Operation Process)

·         Train off shore resources to provide 1st and 2nd level support

·         Participate IT project meetings.

·         Deliver problem resolutions for WebSphere middleware technical challenges for large and complex systems.

·         Deliver weekly status report.

·         Perform other technical tasks that Lowe's IT management assigns.

Occasionally off hours onsite support during critical production implementations
