Please help to fill below requirement:-

Position: Business System Analyst-General and Retail Banking

Location: Plano, TX

Rate: $ 40 to $43 /hr on C2C

 JD:

·         Strong oral & written communication skills

·         Must have 3 to 4 years of BSA experience in General Banking, Retail Banking and Home Loans

·         Should have experience as a BSA who can translate/articulate business needs into IT requirements and assist in functional/system testing activities

·         Should be able to write Reports, FS Documents

·         Should be able to understand technology and engage with Technical team to assist and clarify

·         Should be able to prepare functional Test plan and user acceptance criteria

·         Should be able to develop Use cases / User Story

·         Worked in Agile projects will be an added advantage

·         Additional skills in Auto Finance sector is added advantage

·         Hands on experience on ASP.NET, web services, C#, SQL Server, XML, Java Script would be an added advantage

·         Interface with clients and gain understanding of requirements / processes through meetings and discussions.

·         Able to conduct the Due Diligence of the existing system and interview the business users to understand the requirement
