Job Description:

 

8 years functional experience in SAP CRM 

Experience in CRM Marketing, Sales and Service, Interaction centre 

Exposure to CRM Field, Mobile Sales, Service will be a plus 

Experienced in CRM Master data, CRM Generic transactional and Web UI configuration Knowledge, and system configuration experience in Web UI 

Experience in working with Custom RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflow) 

Candidate must have good analytical, Problem solving/Debugging skills, and good oral and written communication. 

Can work independently. 

Excellent Communication skills
