Job Description:

 

Experience of 8+ years on SAP CRM Technical. 

Experience in CRM 7.0 and above is essential. 

Sound knowledge of CRM Middleware, Web Interaction Centre and CRM Web UI. 

Sound knowledge of ABAP and CRM Data Model, Function Modules, BADIs, OOPS. 

Exposure CRM Sales and Service & Interaction center is desired

Exposure to CRM Field, Mobile Sales and Service will be a plus 

Experienced in CRM Master data, CRM Generic transactional and Web UI configuration Knowledge, and system configuration experience in Web UI

Candidate must have good analytical, Problem solving/Debugging skills, and good oral and written communication. 

Can work independently.
