Position: Lead OBIEE Report Development

Location: Westchester, PA  

Duration: 6 months

 

 

Required Skills

Participate in requirement walk through discussion with Business Analyst and other stakeholders

Understand requirements and provide effort estimates

Assist the Project Manager in preparation of detailed project design, development, and QA milestones, after analyzing effort, dependencies and constraints

Create the high level design, build, test scripts, test execution plan and execute test cases

Lead and provide support to offshore development and testing team for design and development, testing activities and own project delivery for entire team

Provide appropriate status reporting and other information required to the customer Project Manager and other stakeholders

Conduct knowledge sharing session with offshore team and enable offshore understanding of new requirements

Assist in productivity enhancement projects such as Automation

Document and share own learning from the project, seek information and leverage knowledge from other projects in order to drive higher efficiency and preserve organization knowledge

 

Skills

Technical skills: Min. 2+ years of hands-on experience in creation of reports and dashboards using various OBIEE components - OBIEE and BI publisher experience.

Experience in integrating BI publisher with OBIEEE Dashboard.

Experience in the implementation of the BI server metadata layers including physical, semantic, and presentation layers.

Tools: Toad, Quality Center, WinCVS

Prior experience of OBIEE Dash-board Development Reports

Strong analytical skills and should be a quick learner

Strong written and verbal communication

Exposure to offshore-onshore delivery model

Should be able to demonstrate good leadership qualities
