Title: Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce or CRM)
Location: Plymouth Meeting, PA
Duration: 6 Months

Only Locals

US Citizens & GC only

Role:
• Assist in providing systems support in developing and enhancing business systems to provide new or enhanced products to internal functions
• Assist in formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary. Competent to consider most business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
• Create and manage small projects, test and deployment plans.
• Lead and manage requirements gathering sessions, system and user acceptance test cycles.

Functional knowledge:
• Contract Management
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 3 years experience in systems analysis. Knowledge of business-wide applications (e. G. third party software and internal operational applications etc.). Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements as well as underlying infrastructure applications, systems and processes to enable execution of those skills.

Technical knowledge:
• Salesforce.com
• Apttus
• Docusign (nice to have)

Miscellaneous:
• Good verbal and written communication skills are needed, including the ability to explain business analysis concepts, and technical concepts, in simple language.
• Proactive and self motivated with a highly 'customer-focused' attitude, whether dealing with internal or external customers.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
