Position- Sr Oracle Developer
Location- Austin, TX
Length- 6 Months
Note: Must be H1 only..
Minimum Requirements:
Consultant should have 7+Yrs of IT experience
Extensive knowledge of oracle databases.(4yrs)
Strong SQL skills.(4yrs)
Experience in data analysis and data reporting.(4yrs)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.(4yrs)
Preferences (Nice to have):
Experience working in a state/federal government environment.
Knowledge of IT environments in Texas state government agencies.
Knowledge of Texas health and human services programs and program area domains.
Ability to interact with a diverse level of staff to exchange and/or extract information.
Knowledge of Business Objects Report development.
Knowledge of Business Objects Universe development including
the ability to streamline queries to ease reporting needs.
Knowledge of Oracle and Relational Database concepts.
Ability to extract, aggregate, pivot, analyze, and present data
in various formats using various software tools.
Knowledge of web based applications.
Knowledge of system development tools.
Experience with software design and maintenance.
Ability to develop and maintain software and user documentation.
An interest in keeping up with emerging technologies.
Experience with information systems, operating systems, networks, and databases.
Experience with data exchange protocols (FTP, etc.)
Knowledge of Perl scripts.
Knowledge of all phases of the System Development Life Cycle.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
