Position: Linux

Location: Greensboro NC

Start date 03/17/2014

Duration: 5 months

 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

Redhat Linux based servers

Unix/Linux server

Citrix virtual machine

VDI technologies

Unix, Linux, and Solaris platforms

Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, high performance computing Linux(Redhat)OS and wireless technology

 

Other Requirements:

The vendor must notify the Agency if any portion of the requirements listed in this Task Order are to be outsourced to other countries.   Include this information in your Task Order response.

* Graduation from a two-year college with a major in information technology, computer science, or a closely related field

* Three (3) years of experience in operations analysis and design, systems programming, or a closely related field

* Experience in the field of work related to the position''s role may be substituted on a year-for-year basis

* Must be detailed oriented and have good communication skills both oral and written

* Ability to troubleshoot and have strong analytical skills and Project Management skills

* Strong knowledge of current security and audit methodologies is a plus
