Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead project team. Provide a schedule and plan with the resource availability and track the tasks to closure
• Identify and manage risks at the project level
• Identify metrics applicable for the project
• Ensure tasks are tracked and metrics is collected periodically in the project
• Track the project and identify the corrective and preventive actions as required
• Prepare project status report and management review reports, and participate in project review, quality review and audit with the various stakeholders
