6 months plus contract

Need Locals

 

client based in North Denver is seeking a Selenium QA Test Engineer for a 6 months plus contract.  The project is in stabilization mode now with more of a focus on defect tracking than new development.  The project team consists up to 5 other testers across two teams. Ideally, we are looking for experienced Selenium testers, who have tested in a Java environment and who also have experience with FitNesse as the testing framework.

 

Required experience:

·         Absolutely must be experienced in Selenium (at least 6 months), prefer two years with strong testing experience related to large XML Files using the tools mentioned

·         Not interested in QTP experience

·         Experience with workflow automation & paths

·         Experience running & debugging the regression suite

·         Must have SQL experience to query an Oracle & SQL Server database

·         Experience with Selenium IDE

·         Must have experience with Selenium Webdriver & or RC

·         Selenium Grid experience is a plus

·         Must have tested in a Java environment

·         2 + years of recent coding experience in either java or c#

·         Capability and significant experience testing from user stories in Agile environments

·         Detailed knowledge and capabilities in scripting automated tests in Selenium

·         Experience with FitNesse is desirable

·         White and black box testing experience of web applications

·         Capability to communicate quickly and clearly: visually, verbally and in writing

·         The ability to take direction when it is given, seek direction when it isn’t, and make direction the rest of the time

·         The desire to share your knowledge and learn from the knowledge of others- in equal parts
