Duration: 6+ months
Location: EDEN PRAIRIE, MN
Role name Functional Consultant
Role Description
Functional consultant. Need to work with business teams to see which
customizations can be retired while upgrading to PeopleSoft 9.2. Should be
able to help enabling new functionalities.
Competencies: PeopleSoft Payroll
Experience (Years) 6-8
Essential Skills
PeopleSoft 9.1, 9.2 experience on NA Payroll. Should have worked in the
capacity of functional consultant. Should have worked with business teams to
perform the fitgap analysis. Should have undergone through one full cycle
upgrade/implementation. Should have experience in mapping the requirement
with delivered functionality to avoid application customization
Desirable Skills :
In addition to essential skillset should have Core HR understanding
