Title: Project Manager

Location: Klamath Falls, OR

Duration: 3+ Months

 

Job Duties:

• Drive success for Sales & Marketing team through IT initiatives.
• Listen and understand the needs/wants of Sales & Marketing team and end customers. 
• Conceptualize IT solutions to the needs and wants. 
• Prioritize the project portfolio for a specific channel or sales group. 
• Design the IT solution working with internal IT team and software and service vendors. 
• Work with the development team to get the project delivered. 
• Manage the projects by scope, cost, schedule, delivery and people.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with more than three (3) years of experience in project management and business analysis; five (5) years’ experience working directly with business and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Experience in built to order manufacturing process and multi-channel sales process will be an advantage.
• Working experience in SOX environment. 
• Experience with business analysis; stakeholder management, project management, solution design, and process adherence. 
• Technical experience with:  Web, BI, ERP (Manufacturing and SCM), CRM, MS Office (Word, Excel, Presentation), Visio, Specifications writing, Creating and delivering presentations
• Location Flexibility (between Klamath and other locations of client).
• Technical Flexibility (Ready to learn new technologies).
• Travel Flexibility (Ready to travel).
• Learning mindset rather than to be trained mindset.
