Title                       : Business Analyst Consultant  

Location               : Omaha, NE (Locals Preferred)

Duration              : 6+ Months

 

·         Requirements gathering using facilitation techniques such as JAD sessions, RAD sessions, and structured walkthroughs

·         Requirements clarification using basic conceptual and logical process / data modeling techniques 

o   Business process

o   Data flow

o   Workflow

o   Object oriented

·         Object-oriented analysis and modeling techniques to identify requirements and communicate to our business users and development team members

o   Functional decomposition diagrams

o   Entity relationship diagrams

o   Use case diagrams

·         Business process re-engineering using use-case modeling techniques, workflow modeling, and business process modeling

·         Play a lead role in testing strategies, plans and execution

o   Set up and manage a requirements traceability matrix

o   Design user acceptance test plans and test cases using ERD diagrams and use case diagrams

o   Use test plans to ensure that all business requirements and their integrity are maintained through to user acceptance testing

·         Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) and/or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) candidates will have an advantage in our selection process.
