Title: Business Analyst

Location: McLean, VA (locals preferred)

Duration: 6 Months+

 

Client: Freddie Mac

Rate: $55/hour on C2C

Note: resumes must be 2 pages

 

DESCRIPTION:

1. Work as team member of the Multifamily Strategic Transformation (MST) team that supports Origination and Underwriting, Securitization, Operations, Servicing, Asset Management and Capital Markets initiatives.

2. Participate in development and documentation of detailed business process flows.

3. Lead and/or participate in the business requirements gathering effort by working with business SMEs, MST team members, and IT or external vendor to elicit, document, and review detailed business process flows and requirements according to Freddie Mac standards. Documentation developed includes BRD, Functional Requirements/Specifications, Business Rules, and Use Cases/Sub Use Cases/Collaboration Cases, Business Data Dictionary.

4. Lead and/or participate in UAT activities, including developing UAT strategy and plan, test scenarios/test cases, and expected results. Coordinate UAT execution activities with IT or external vendor and business SMEs. Document test defects and provide daily UAT status updates and Test Summary Report. Work with IT or vendor to resolve issues and defects.

5. Document and escalate business issues to Business Lead and Lead SME for resolution.

6. Collaborate with and support IT and vendor by answering questions and reviewing technical deliverables to ensure understanding of business requirements.

7. Participate in development and documentation of business rules and data validation rules, as well as data analysis activities, including data mapping, data modeling, and business data dictionary.

8. Assist in the development and documentation of training material and user guide documentation as time permits.

9. Candidates should have at least 7 years of experiences as a senior BA
