Skills Required:
Candidate should have at least 5 years of BMC Remedy experience.
Must have done at least two Remedy upgrade projects
Must have hands on experience in AR System v8.X
Expert in BMC Remedy workflow development/Customization
Hands on experience on CMDB and Asset Management module.
Good working knowledge on third party integration with Remedy
Very good working knowledge on Remedy ITSM v8.X
Exposure to ITIL processes
Candidate should be able to migrate data from development server to Prod server.
Knowledge on programming languages like C, C++ and Java is an added advantage.
