Experienced developer with experience spanning at least 8 years in IT with actual hands-on experience in all the phases of Software Development Life Cycle. Apply technical expertise / capabilities and Java development skills to design and develop efficient software solutions, based upon client's business requirements.
Job Requirements:
· Analyze customer requirements.
· Perform all programming functions to accomplish specific software solution requirements.
· Design (or modify) systems to accomplish functions in compliance with the Software Development Life Cycle framework.
· Verify the accuracy and validity of all software developed, including preparations of sample test data and the execution of program, job stream, and system testing.
· Prepare all required documentation indicating system functionality.
· Improve and upgrade software components based on new and changing requirements.
· Participate in the design process as part of the application development team.
· Work with multiple teams on component integration, testing and deployment.
· Keep abreast of current and emerging software development and deployment products and tools.
Required Skills:
Experience as software developer or applicable certifications - 8 Years
Object Oriented Design and Development experience - 5 Years
Java experience and knowledge of various Java packages an IDEs - 5 Years
Experience in web design using server side Java technologies - 5 Years
Experience with UML - 5 Years
Experience working with different databases, like Oracle and SQL Server - 5 Years
Experience in J2EE, EJB, middleware, application servers - 5 Years
XML, related protocols (including SOAP ), XML-handling packages and tools - 3 Years
Designing and implementing large-scale applications based on Java/XML tech - 3 Years
Experience in profiling and performance tuning of Java applications - 3 Years
Projects involving collecting and analyzing data from multiple systems - 1 Years
Experience Health care industry IT projects - 1 Years
Experience using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) - 1 Years
