·         At least 5-6 years' experience in technical specialty

·         Strong written and oral communication skills

• Java/J2EE (EJBs, JMS, JAXB, JDBC, JNDI, RMI)
• JSP and Servlet development
• JSP Documents
• Expression Language
• Java Script recommended
• Object Oriented Development
• Spring Framework experience
• Hibernate experience
• JSF experience
• XML, XML Schema, XSLT
