·         Highly experienced with HP Testing automation tools – UFT and ALM (formerly QTP and QC),

·         Ability to develop automation plans and VB scripting etc. Knows Siebel automation

·         Hands on experience with Siebel Sales and Service modules (need to know complete details of the process and flow of info/data)

·         Ability to analyze requirements and communicate with business and IS teams
