| Relevant Experience (Yrs) | : | 7+ years experience in working on (develop/design/architect) Hadoop, Hive, and Pig.

| Technical/Functional Skills | : | 7+ overall IT experience |
| Experience Required | : |
· Hadoop Horton Works hands on development experience · Ability to design and develop solutions independently based on high level architecture. · Ability to implement Hadoop based solutions · Energetic, enthusiastic and professional attitude · Provide Design Recommendations and Architect the applications · Experience with Enterprise Integration and ETL tools · Insurance knowledge is a plus

| Roles & Responsibilities | : | · Understand customer's business requirements and technical environment to architect the optimal solution · Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills · Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems · Be hands-on in supporting the development process · Perform data migration and/or integration · Perform quality assurance on deliverables and work products · Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues Recommend best practices |

| Education | : | Bachelor's / Master's degree in technology field or equivalent work experience
