   We are currently seeking for Systems Analysts for MA area. It is a 6+ Contract assignment and it is through one of my prefer Vendor. Could you please go through the below job description and please send me your consultants updated resumes ASAP!!

Key Accountabilities:

Create User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Consolidated Requirements Document, Use Case Surveys, Use Cases, External Vendor development user guides, and Supplemental Specifications for A Call Center Sales application that will be used globally across 10 centers. Create general and detailed specification requirements documentation for internal and external development organizations. Create and maintain visual models, including activity diagrams, business process flow and sequence diagrams when necessary.
Work with business users to develop Business Requirements Specifications as necessary. Assure that stakeholder's needs are accurately reflected in the resulting requirements. Contribute in the collaborative effort of assuring that Stake Holder specific goals are realized as a result of the final product. 
Communicate user requirements to the development staff serving as the liaison between the development resource and the user group. Conduct detailed reviews of consolidated requirements documents with project teams to ensure common understanding of the detailed requirements and to adjust for clarity as necessary.
Perform project planning activities and participate in status updates as necessary.
Maintain and update requirements template documentation and requirements library repository (HP Quality Center). Identify opportunities for process improvements, and regularly collaborated with team members, peers and stakeholders to communicate change.
 

 

Requirements
 

·       Call center technology requirements experience.

·       3 – 5 years experience of requirements writing of Business Requirements Documentation as well as Functional Requirements and Use Cases.

·       3 – 5 years Agile experience utilizing both Kanban and Scrum methodologies.

·      Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with flexible problem solving skills.

·      Knowledge of modeling processes and use cases.

·     Experience authoring requirements for  Software Applications

·     Good working knowledge of HP Quality Center, Visio, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project.

·     Good working knowledge of and experience working within both Agile and Waterfall processes

·     Experience with Agile tools, preferably Rally or Version 1

·     Experience authoring requirements for  Public Facing web sites

·     RUP Certification, Agile Certification
