Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst

Job Location: Lyndhurst, NJ & West Norristown, PA

Interview Mode: Telephonic followed with a Skype interview;

Duration: 6+ Months

Experience Level: 8+ Years Mandatory

Job Description:

· 8-10 years of experience as Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst/Business Solution Analyst OR 6 years of BA experience with Master's degree

· 3+ years of experience leading a team of professionals.

· 3+ years healthcare information systems experience

· Preferred experience of at least 2+ as an Application developer and/or Database admin.

· IT and Clinical Lab Industry experience

· Working knowledge of SDLC phases and methodologies

· 2+ years of required ERP or Data Ware House or MDM experience.

· 2+ years of CRM experience

· 1+ years of experience in SOA/web services definitions.

· The Business Analyst with Web Services experience is responsible for independently managing the solutions planning process throughout the solutions planning and development lifecycle.

· The Web Services Business Analyst leads business teams and cross-competency teams completing tasks related to business solution planning, business case development and documenting and managing customer requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

·    Preferred experience in managing computer networks, system administration of servers.

Mandatory Skills: Clinical Lab Industry experience, Lead Experience

Desired Skill: MDM, CRM, SOA, Web Service
