Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI: - Telephonic + Face 2 Face Notes on .NET from Jay (also reports to Walsh) Its all C# .NET MVC  Need to know Multithreading Winforms is great, but more of a big plus. ADO.NET experience is a big plus Need to know unit testing (they use Sonar and resharper) TFS / Visual studio Also must be familiar with "factory patterns" - an example being Simpleton. Agile experience a must. Should be familiar with front end (html css javascript) but dont need to be a star in this area. No database (pl/sql or sql) exp needed but its a plus. They can be weak in one area if they are strong in the others. Culture wise they are looking for someone who is not afraid to make suggestions and recommendations. If they can come in and say "there is a better way to do this" that is what he wants. Must be able to voice their opinions.
