Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI: - Telephonic + Skype Responsible for analysis, development, implementation, and documentation in a client/server environment that supports the State Health Benefits Program and supports other core business applications related to health benefits data. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Analysis of programs specifications, basic database design, tables, views, and functions; Development, test, debug, and implementation of applications and programs using web technology, C#.Net, Web forms, ASP.Net, Web Services and other tools, utilities and software; Assistance with the development and implementation of project plans; Development of documentation for applications, automated utilities, projects, and procedures directly related to tasks. KSA s and or Competencies required to successfully perform the work: Knowledge of SQL Server Databases Knowledge and ability to use C#,net, Web Forms, ASP,Net Considerable experience in Web Applications Development using .Net Considerable experience in application debugging and problem solving techniques Knowledge of full system development life cycle and best practices Demonstrated ability in maintaining/supporting automated computer systems Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision Ability to use effectively Visio, Visual Studio,Net 2012, TFS and Windows 7 Ability to work as a team player and with all levels of management Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of a health benefits database and/or Secure Web Services is a plus. Requirement:- Considerable ability and experience in C#.Net, Web Forms and Linq in a multi-layered and multi-tiered environment. Demonstrated ability to efficiently use Visual Studio .Net 2012 (or 2010) and SQL Management Studio. Knowledge of Regular Expressions, XML, XPath, Web Services and Entity Frameworks Knowledge an use of Visio, Team Foundation Server, Windows 7, SQL Server 2008 R2 and DevExpress tools. Strong understanding of automated system testing concepts and techniques Experience creating design specifications, developing and executing unit test scripts Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new processes and ability to produce understandable and complete end-user and other system documentation Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel and Access Ability to communicate effectively orally & in writing, and work effectively & cooperatively w/ business and technical staff in a team environment Ability to prepare and present formal oral presentations Ability to function well in both an independent mode and in a project team setting Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience in systems development Desired: Certification in Microsoft MCSD and MCSE or MCSM
