Senior SD Consultant to lead and implement business processes needed for sales and Customer Service.

Good communication and soft skills

Identify existing business processes and pertinent master data.

Develop business processes procedures.

System Configuration, Participate and Lead in Unit, integration, and system testing. Validate system setup and functionality.

Design End User Training and documentation approach.

Define job roles (User Menus).Develop Test and execute plans/scripts.

Coordinate user resources on an as needed basis.

Responsible for reviewing the integration across the work streams.

Report status of work stream to Process Team Lead.

Resolve issues
