Job Description:
• Fully support one roll out new company with 7 industrial sites across North America
• Will support customizing, testing, acceptance, user training documentation, migrate master data (FI, CO, PS ), upload data; customizing .
• Report issues/bugs/evolutions in the Footprints tool and follow up with technical support team and Project Manager on solution
• Update Project dashboards and communicate status to Project Manager
• Coordination with the project on FICO area
• Provide after go live support to users . Assist with knowledge transfer to 1st level Help Desk supports.
• travel (may required 10 to 25% all in North America)
FICO Support:
• Fully support FICO daily issues, support issues/bugs/evolutions in the Footprints tool
• Month-end closing support
• PM, PP, OTC, PtP and BW accounting related and SAP integration components(SIC) Vertex issues
• Update Project dashboards and communicate status to Project Manager
Service Scope:
"Migrations to New Organization -NAM project : scope Migration to Back Office – NAM – split go live for US/CA and Mexico.
Empire project: Perform assessment of the application separation and carve out requirements for the IT applications (RCS and non-RCS) in use by the ECO services business and required during the TSA. The work will include structural and architectural modifications, required to segregate the business applications, FICO Suppot: IT applications FICO daily support and Month-end closing support.
