- Responsible for documenting, finalizing, and publishing all meeting notes for every workstream/project assigned.
- For Mid and Low Engagement workstreams identify preliminary set of requirements based on meeting discussions.
These requirements will be added to the final requirements once these workstreams transition to Full Engagement.
- For Full Engagement workstreams develop, finalize and obtain leadership sign off of Current State Process Flows.
- For Full Engagement workstreams facilitate requirements gathering sessions, develop, finalize and obtain leadership sign off of the BRD.
- Responsible for publishing all workstream related documents to Worksite.
- Responsible for developing and finalizing the workstream/project Traceability Matrix.
- Responsible in partnering with the Project Manager in conducting the workstream/project Gap Analysis.
- Responsible for other deliverables, as identified during the life of the project(s).
