·         The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·         Analyzing web services with viable scripted solutions to verify/test and executing test cases, and evaluating new tools allowing for an increase in test coverage.

·         Performing test case requirements gathering, communication of test strategy, test cases, test results and defects, training of users, scripting, and working experience on tools used for testing Middleware testing.

·         Creating/Developing solutions for testing web services testing.

·         Identify, design and develop testing solutions for REST APIs by verifying http responses, methods and headers.

 

 

Core Skills:

·         Python scripting

·         Shell scripting

·         REST APIs (making requests, verifying http responses, methods, headers).

·         SELENIUM plus

·         Strong background in software programming but wants to contribute to Quality Assurance.

·         Automated testing experience on Windows, Unix, and/or Linux platforms for both GUI and command line interfaces
