Role: Integration Lead (WebMethods)

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 4 Months+

 

Role and Responsibilities:

·         Leads and coordinates Enterprise Application Integration projects. Forecasts required time and resources, provides status reports, and follows established methodology, standards and control process.

·         Participates in project planning, prioritizes the completion of tasks and resolution of issues to ensure compliance to project budget and deliverables. Conducts analyses of and resolves dependency and integration issues across project scope.

·         Collaborates with others to identify solutions that meet the needs of the customer and the organization.

·         Collaborates with client's Infrastructure staff, Enterprise Solution Architects and Business Analysts.

·         Modifies and integrates products like WebMethods, HP ALM Synchronizer and Siebel to client's processes and systems.

·         Designs, develops, modifies, tests, documents, implements system integration, API's, web services, data sets, reports, and queries.

·         Provides guidance to development staff.

·         Participates in strategic planning and setting of technical direction for the development team. 

Required Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·         Minimum 8 years of experience in systems integration, design, development, implementation, and support.

·         Demonstrated expertise in System Integration skills.

·         Demonstrated knowledge of middleware application design, integration patterns, web services and service oriented architectures.

·         Expert proficiency in WebMethods.

·         Demonstrated knowledge and skills in leading a team and conflict resolution.

·         Knowledge of systems development methodologies, process improvement (modeling, analysis, redesign) and data analysis.

·         Demonstrated successful performance with coordinating and completing multiple tasks within and across teams to meet changing deadlines.

·         Desired Qualifications: Functional knowledge of Siebel CRM and Experience working with Java.
