Skills:

A deep understanding of MySQL, Postgres or Oracle

5+ years of Software development and data engineering experience

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience with source control and continuous integration practices

Strong problem-solving ability and time management skills

Must be results-oriented, self-motivated, and can take ownership of responsibilities

Good communication skills, oral and written, with technical and non-technical audiences
