Duration: 6+ Months

Description:

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer who will be responsible for architecturing, designing and developing the middle tier for a software as a service based application. Candidate will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring other junior Java developers. - Minimum of 10 years of service experience in object oriented programming.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or related field. 
• 3-5 years of software development experience is required. 
• Proficiencies in Java, J2EE, Redhat Fuse, Apache Camel, Apache ActiveMQ, web services, application server technology (Karaf, JBoss, Tomcat) is required.
• Experience in Linux and Unix is required. 
• Experience in integrating with Oracle/DB2 and SQL Server databases is preferred
• Experience in applying software development methodologies (Scrum/Agile) is preferred.
• Proficiencies in JSON and XML messaging is preferred. 
• Experience in Git, Stash, Jenkins, Artifactory, Maven, Spring, SonarQube
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to interact with technical and business teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management, decision-making, problem solving, presentation, documentation skills.
• Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
