Job Description:

• Strong techno-functional experience (30:70) with the ability to provide best practices and hands on support for Core HR and Payroll.
• Ability to understand and write fast formulas for vacation accruals.Ability or the understanding of loading mass data.
• Hands-on configuration and ability to de-bug
• Supporting Payroll for US / Canada
• Interface experience i.e. export out, sending data to Active Directory (being able to triage interfaces)
• Writing test plans (most are already built for year-end) / executing test scripts / checking defects

Required Skills:

• Strong Oracle EBS HRMS Experience
• Strong techno-functional experience (30:70) with the ability to provide best practices and hands on support for Core HR and Payroll.
• Ability to understand and write fast formulas for vacation accruals
• Ability or the understanding of loading mass data.
