JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Visual Designer with a strong strategic mindset to help support and drive both our core business and several exciting new growth opportunities.
• Devise and implement a variety of design projects, including our websites, email campaigns, display ads, product marketing materials, trade show properties, and promotional materials.
• Work closely with the broader Marketing team and internal stakeholders to achieve each project's objectives, while supporting our overall marketing and communication strategy.
• Self-motivated and can work effectively both independently and as a seamless part of our team.
• Demonstrated mastery of visual design and communication strategies, as well as an ability to effectively collaborate with web development resources to ensure a streamlined process with high-quality outcomes.
• Lead all design efforts for the company, collaborating with developers to bring designs to life.
• Ensure that designs support and enhance clients' visual identity and brand strategy.
• Work with the broader Marketing team and other internal stakeholders to ensure design work meets expectations.
• Ideate and design innovative digital experiences.
• Maintain proficient knowledge of our products, customers, markets, and current trends in web technologies and design practices.
• Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional design experience, including significant mobile/web design experience
• A degree in graphic design, digital design, visual communications, or a related field
• Basic skills in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Advanced understanding of Photoshop and Adobe's Creative Suite
• A solid understanding of usability and UX practices
• Front-end development skills (CSS, HTML, and JavaScript) would be a plus, but not required
• Excellent problem solver, especially adept understanding business needs and suggesting design solutions
• Detail-oriented with great self-motivation, organization, and communication skills
• Must be good at collaborating across teams and departments, including working effectively with remote employees
• Some familiarity with Agile processes would be a plus
