Requirement:

STRONG IN DRUPAL 7/8 PORTAL WITH PHP, HTML/5, CSS/3, AND JAVASCRIPT/JQUERY; UNIX/LINUX (REDHAT) TROUBLESHOOTING AND WINDOWS SERVER 2X TROUBLESHOOTING, MYSQL,LDAP, OKTA IDENTITY CLOUD IS MANDATORY.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical work experience with Certified PHP Programmer.
• Strong work experience with: Drupal 7/8 Site Building, Back end development, Layout and Theming, Support, Usability, and Accessibility, Full Stack PHP, HTML/5, CSS/3, and JavaScript/jQuery, Okta Identity Cloud on Unix/Linux and Windows platform.
• Incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and follow up. Coordination of all relevant parties during client facing outages. Timely escalation of complex issues or problems.
• Manage production readiness/permit to operate process, ensuring all changes are properly approved, tested and include relevant back out plans.
• Perform and seek to continuously improve the monitoring of the application environment and supporting infrastructure. This includes server hygiene standards for patching, end-of-life hardware, on-boarding new infrastructure.
• Participate in crisis management events, supporting resolution activities and providing regular status updates to front-line support teams and business users and define/track remediation actions to close.
• Flexible enough to work for extended hours and on weekends as needed to handle high priority issues, production recoveries, provide support to Dev & Infrastructure Releases Communicates with line of business and management the overall status and health of the application. Definition and maintenance of operational run books and other documentation Meet all disaster recovery, sustained resiliency and recovery time objectives Job Requirements. Provides on-call support for triaging problems and coordinating with various support teams across the organization and carry out activities related to incident and problem management.
• Performs trouble shooting, analysis, research and resolution using advanced query and PHP programming skills. Conducts root cause analysis. Also, responsible for development and support of several applications that have been developed in PHP/Drupal Portal 7and above. .
• Exhibit a strong sense of urgency for high severity incidents. Able to assess the customer impact and provide tactical solutions.
• Extensive experience in application development and/or production management, Supports existing business systems applications. Performs additional job duties as required which includes patching support and updates.
• Looks for areas of improvement in monitoring, application stability, speed of determining root cause, and able to contribute to Automation.
• Experience developing in a CI/CD, DevOps model, application production support experience ,Drupal 6/7/8 site building and module development with Okta Identity Cloud integration. ,proficient in PHP, HTML/5, CSS/3, and JavaScript/jQuery.
• Demonstrated experience supporting key Drupal core APIs, including form API, menu system, database abstraction layer, theme API, other Drupal API hooks.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Drupal contrib module APIs, especially Views API and CTools API.
• Demonstrated experience using Features to push exportable configuration between environments.
• Strong database knowledge, specifically MySQL expertise. • Familiarity with Drupal coding standards (http://drupal.org/coding-standards).
• Broad familiarity with the Drupal contrib space, and ability to judge when best to use or extend contrib functionality versus when to build a custom solution.
• Have contributed patches, support, documentation, etc. to the Drupal core codebase.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent Trouble shooting skills Competencies. Strong in Drupal 7/8 Portal with PHP, HTML/5, CSS/3, and JavaScript/jQuery;  Unix/Linux (RedHat) troubleshooting and Windows Server 2x troubleshooting, MySQL, Tableau,LDAP, Okta Identity Cloud is mandatory.
• IT Architecture & Design, programming with ITIL Certification
