SALESFORCE, DATA LOADER, APEX EXPLORER, AJAX TOOL KIT, SALESFORCE APIS, SUGAR CRM,JAVASCRIPT; TABLEAU; KEYSURVEY 8.4; DOCUSIGN KNOWLEDGE IS PREFERRED, ORACLE OR SQL SERVER, OKTA CLOUD, DUO ACCESS GATEWAY (DAG) IS MANDATORY.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical work experience with Salesforce Certification.
  • Strong work experience with: Visualforce,Process Builder,Workflow Rules,Apex,SOQL,HTML,CSS,JavaScript,Visual Workflow,Email to Case,Reporting,Service Console,JAVA and Duo Access Gateway (DAG) Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvements.
  • Incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and follow up. Coordination of all relevant parties during client facing outages. Timely escalation of complex issues or problems .Manage production readiness/permit to operate process, ensuring all changes are properly approved, tested and include relevant back out plans.
  • Perform and seek to continuously improve the monitoring of the application environment and supporting infrastructure. This includes server hygiene standards for patching, end-of-life hardware, on-boarding new infrastructure.
  • Participate in crisis management events, supporting resolution activities and providing regular status updates to front-line support teams and business users and define/track remediation actions to close. Flexible enough to work for extended hours and on weekends as needed to handle high priority issues, production recoveries, provide support to Dev & Infrastructure Releases.
  • Communicates with line of business and management the overall status and health of the application • Definition and maintenance of operational run books and other documentation.
  • Meet all disaster recovery, sustained resiliency and recovery time objectives Job Requirements • Provides on-call support for triaging problems and coordinating with various support teams across the organization and carry out activities related to incident and problem management.
  • Performs trouble shooting, analysis, research and resolution using advanced query and APEX and JAVA programming skills. Conducts root cause analysis.
  • Also, responsible for development and support of several applications that have been customized in Salesforce.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of urgency for high severity incidents. Able to assess the customer impact and provide tactical solutions.
  • Extensive experience in application development and/or production management, Supports existing business systems applications. Performs additional job duties as required which includes patching support and updates.
  • Looks for areas of improvement in monitoring, application stability, speed of determining root cause, and able to contribute to Automation.
  • Experience developing in a CI/CD, DevOps model ,application production support experience .
  • Salesforce plan customization, programming in APEX and JAVA, Visualforce, and the Web Services for Salesforce APIs including SOAP and REST APIs, Bulk API, and Metadata API.
  • Ability to understand existing SFDC functionality and code custom extensions/modules wherever required.
  • Ability to build custom integrations between SFDC and other software, includes SugarCRM support & migrations to Salesforce.
  • Experience with third party APIs to upload data into Salesforce and export data out of Salesforce into external tools.
  • Hands on experience with Apex, Visualforce Pages, Visualforce Components, Workflows & Controllers • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Trouble shooting skills Competencies ,Certification on Salesforce (Developer and Administration), Data Loader, APEX Explorer, AJAX tool kit, Salesforce APIs, Javascript; Tableau; KeySurvey 8.4; DocuSign knowledge is preferred.
  • MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server.LDAP, Duo Access Gateway (DAG) is mandatory.
  • IT Architecture & Design, programming with ITIL Certification
