STRONG SHAREPOINT 2013 OR 2016, SHAREPOINT DESIGNER AND O365, T-SQL, JAVASCRIPT, JQUERY, ANGULARJS, AJAX, JSON, HTML5, AND CSS3, MS SQL 2008 SERVER AND SSRS IS MANDATORY, WINDOWS SERVER 2008 TROUBLESHOOTING AND IIS, AD/LDAP INTEGRATION IS MANDATORY.

Competencies:
- Strong SharePoint 2013 or 2016, SharePoint Designer and O365, T-SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, AJAX, JSON, HTML5, and CSS3.
- MS SQL 2008 Server and SSRS is mandatory.
- Windows Server 2008 troubleshooting and IIS administration.
- AD/LDAP is Mandatory.
- IT Architecture & Design, programming with ITIL Certification.
Job Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical work experience with Sharepoint certification.
- Strong work experience with: Customize SharePoint solutions utilizing traditional web technologies (HTML, CSS, JQuery/JavaScript, .Net, XML), MS SQL 2008, SSRS, ensure the reliability & availability of various farms (development, test & production).
- Incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and follow up. Coordination of all relevant parties during client facing outages. Timely escalation of complex issues or problems.
- Manage production readiness/permit to operate process, ensuring all changes are properly approved, tested and include relevant back out plans.
- Perform and seek to continuously improve the monitoring of the application environment and supporting infrastructure. This includes server hygiene standards for patching, end-of-life hardware, on-boarding new infrastructure.
- Participate in crisis management events, supporting resolution activities and providing regular status updates to front-line support teams and business users and define/track remediation actions to close.
- Flexible enough to work for extended hours and on weekends as needed to handle high priority issues, production recoveries, provide support to Dev & Infrastructure Releases.
- Communicates with line of business and management the overall status and health of the application.
- Definition and maintenance of operational run books and other documentation.
- Provides on-call support for triaging problems and coordinating with various support teams across the organization and carry out activities related to incident and problem management.
- Performs trouble shooting, analysis, research and resolution on Sharepoint 2013 portal. Conducts root cause analysis.
- Also, responsible for development and support of several applications that have been customized in Sharepoint.
- Exhibit a strong sense of urgency for high severity incidents. Able to assess the customer impact and provide tactical solutions.
- Extensive experience in application development and/or production management, Supports existing business systems applications. Performs additional job duties as required which includes patching support and updates.
- Looks for areas of improvement in monitoring, application stability, speed of determining root cause, and able to contribute to Automation.
- Experience developing in a CI/CD, DevOps model • Minimum 5 years of experience configuring SharePoint solutions using out of the box components, front end web development tools and design experience required.
