Job Title: Big Data Engineer

Location: Deerfield, IL

Duration: Long term

 

Rate: $63/hr on C2C

 

•            Including building data pipeline solutions involving spark, kafka, hadoop / cassandra / mongodb/hbase.

•            Proficiency in Java server side frameworks - Spring, Spring Boot, and 2 to 4 years' experience on Hadoop Platform (HDFS, Hive, HBase, Spark, oozie, Impala etc.)

•            Must be hands on and strong in spark, spark sql, spark streaming, ETL using spark technology.

•            Scala spark programming a must.

•            Python preferred. Java a plus.

•            Database administration or development with a NoSQL database

•            Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured data sets

•            Spark, AZURE

•            Should have 5+ years of implementation experience in (AWS, Azure Cloudera) any one of the Hadoop distribution with its ecosystem.

•            Should have experience in Azure Cloud Platform.

•            Experience with major big data technologies and frameworks including but not limited to Spark / Scala, MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, HBase, Pig, Zookeeper

•            Azure, spark, bigdata skillsets; For Azure our focus would be Data factory, SQL Data warehouse, CICD/Containers-Dockers, micro services etc. Java background would be better as its foundational
