*Job Description: Summary:*
The Infrastructure Systems Engineer responsible for owning, managing
specific It infrastructure solutions listed as
Infoblox, Varoins, PKI/SSL, Accellion SFTP, File Shares (DFS) and Active
Directory/GPOs in the organization and
serves the following purpose:
• Ensure that IT Services providers understand the business requirements of
the Finance Application teams
• Ensure that IT Service Providers can provide services that meet these
needs
• Assist the Finance Application teams in articulating the value of IT
services
• Work with the different IT service owners and their management to ensure
the agreed upon
quality/service level of services provided to Finance Applications and
analyze cost of delivery by looking at
better ways to provide the service in a cost-efficient manner and that the
GIOS service providers can meet
these expectations.
• Draft the annual IT infrastructure budget for the Finance Application
Infrastructure and work with the
respective parties in presenting the budget for approval & tracking the
spend throughout the fiscal year.
• Collate, consolidate and provide regular SLA, Incident, Problem and
Change Reporting & Analysis and to
identify issues, trends and develop action plans. Monitor & Manager Service
Level performance and
report potential exposures in a timely manner.
The Infrastructure Systems Lead provides leadership and solutions to
professional, technical or operational project
problems based on their analytical skills and business/technical knowledge.
The role requires frequent
communications and meetings with the customer and the GIOS service
providers.
The Infrastructure Systems Lead will be responsible for supporting
company's Active Directory, PKI, SSL certs, IPAM
solution, and infrastructure tools/apps such as Varonis, Infoblox, etc. s
well as supporting Windows OS. This
includes architecture and planning, Hardware and Software maintenance and
support, documentation, and
working with corporate finance team/end users as an escalation resource.


*Responsibilities:*
The candidate will participate in server management and on-call activities
which include but are not limited to:
• Maintain documentation and technical diagrams of all infrastructure
supporting Infoblox DNS/DHCP IPAM
solution
• Manage SBD PKI infrastructure
• Troubleshoot, fix, set policies on Varonis File Share Management solution
and work with the Varonis
provider remediating internal file share deficiencies.
• Maintain lifecycle for infrastructure hardware/software solutions
• Document, track, and report on all end-to-end service levels. Provide
documentation for end
user/business App teams FAQ's
• Oversee data protection and disaster recovery preparedness for the
services you are responsible for.
• Maintain and publish operational metrics of those services.
• Collaborate with Application team and other Infrastructure teams to set
platform roadmap strategy
• Support and maintenance of any other software applications/appliances
such as DNS and Active Directory
that are used in SBD Server infrastructure
• Set up and maintenance of health monitoring for applications and
servers/hardware.
• Developing architecture documentations, SOPs, and processes for managing
Training of support teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation (24x7).
• Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring for support personnel.
• Implement policies, procedures, and standards.

*Qualifications:*
• Bachelor of Degree in Computer Science or related field is a must.
• Minimum 5 years' hands on experience with design, deployment,
troubleshooting and support of
Microsoft Windows Servers and Desktops, Linux Servers, MS Active Directory.
• 2-years' experience on deploying and managing multi-site Infoblox IPAM
solution.
• 2-years' experience on deploying, updating and managing large PKI/SSL
environment
• 1-year hands on experience of Varonis solution.
• 1-year hands on experience in Accellion secure file transfer solution
• Multiple yeas of experiences on Windows, EMC file share and storage
gateway solutions and expertise on
Active Directory, DFS and GPO infrastructure solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and planning skills.
• Proficient PC skills; including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
products.
• Good Scripting experience/knowledge in VBScript, PowerShell and/or any
other scripting language
• MCP/MCITP/MCSE and/or VCP, preferred.
• Knowledge in Service Management based on ITIL
• Basic knowledge on a typical customer's IT business, environment,
operations and tools.
• Basic knowledge in Change, Incident, Problem and Release Management
processes and tools
