Site Reliability EngineerMust Have4+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer with proven track record to improve servicehealth, security, customer experience and remove DevOps toil.4+ years of relevant software design and development experience in C#, .Net, Power Shell, andbatch commandsExposure to windows services, windows shell commands, tools like task manager, perfmon,Filemon and other windows system toolsetsExperience in SQL Server admin commands and basic SQLPrior experience implementing and optimizing Build and Release pipelines incorporatinginfrastructure and configuration as code.Prior experience driving security assessments .Demonstrated experience generating deep data insights including performance related data todrive decisions and improvements.Familiarity with common software design principles.Previous experience as SRE to enable business needs, decisions, and requirementsDemonstrated ability to assess and triage service-related incidents and problemsAbility to articulate risks and risk mitigations to technical, business, and executive audiences inverbal and written formatsExperience presenting to large and small diverse audiencesDirect experience defining and building programs and processes that maximize efficiency toparticipants and stakeholdersExcellent communication and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to collaborate well, both technically and interpersonally.Ability to balance competing demands and adapt to changing priorities.Nice to Have:Distributed systems architecture, statistics backgroundExperience in Azure Kusto (KQL-Kusto Query Language) a plus.Responsibilities:Look at Kazmon (telemetry platform) alerts, dashboards, debug the code, and work withRelease Manager for deploymentAbility to look at metrics and monitoring tools, able to use remote desktop, work withDocuSign Operations teamDrive reliability initiatives and contribute to development efforts to release new featuresensuring E2E service reliability and a great customer experience.Full engagement in agile-based software development environment.In-depth data analysis to identify service trends and make necessary adjustments andimprovements.Introduce and maintain continuity and recoverability capabilities.Apply availability, performance, and scalability expertise to ensure Liquid services continue tomeet partner expectations.Constantly improve customer experience through quantitative service monitoring, alerting, andthe use of data and operational dashboardsIdentify opportunities and drive the implementation of automation to improve service health,manageability, reliability, and telemetry.Own, triage, investigate and resolve service issues with an emphasis on broad communications,learning & teaching throughout the processAbility to read, write, configure, design, and script end-to-end service telemetry, alerting andself-healing capabilities for platforms.Authoring functional and technical documentation.
