Job Description:
Basic Qualifications
5+ years agile software development experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
3+ years of experience with modern web application technologies (TypeScript, ES6, React/Angular/VueJS)
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
Excellent developing, promoting, and building consensus across engineering teams
Direct experience using iterative or Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM); Experience with Jira
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, prioritize your work and manage your own time  
Good understanding of web application design principles such as usability/accessibility, performance, responsive web design, and security
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with frequent production releases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with C#
Experience building design and UI component libraries and using tools like Storybook
Good with CSS-in-JS (Emotion/Styled Components)
Good with web accessibility standards and practices 
Experience in implementing accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)
Good working with UX designer specifications and design tokens (Figma)

Responsibilities
Maintain high coding standards with the ability to write clean, reusable, maintainable, secure and documented code
Build TypeScript and JavaScript client code using modern web frameworks and technologies (React + Redux, CSS-in-JS)
Work with UX and Design to standardize and simplify UI development practices
Build modular/reusable UI components from design mock-ups (Figma)
Build and maintain a modern Jamstack front-end web application infrastructure (Next.js, Netlify)
Participate in the entire development life cycle, from concept to release
Support strategic code sharing and architecture for one or more functional areas
Ensure design and architecture is extensible across multiple projects, and participate in technical design and code reviews
Define, scope, prioritize, and estimate work
Work across organizational boundaries with designers and program managers
Mentor, coach, and level up junior developers
Work closely with QA to identify test cases and create efficient, scalable testing processes
Work cooperatively with product management and design to create features that are scalable and secure.
