This is not just a "Developer" role- please screen carefully
· Manages the development & implementation of the system infrastructure.
· Leads cross-functional teams that design, develop, & implement systems architecture & supporting infrastructure.
· Manages the continuous enhancement of the systems infrastructure to meet challenging business requirements.
· Responsible for achieving financial objectives of approved systems plans.
· Formulates & recommends standards for achieving maximum performance & efficiency of the system.
· Participates in the planning for retirement of systems programs, and migration of systems infrastructure.
· Participate in cross-functional work groups to assess business needs, develop a systems architecture strategy, & implementation plans.
· Determine feasibility, cost & time required, compatibility with current system, and system capabilities.
· Analyze, design and implement system architecture.
· Independently formulates detailed program specifications using structured analysis & design.
· Write documentation describing systems architecture, logic, coding, & corrections.
· May develop user manuals & operating procedures.
· May train users & provide technical assistance to resolve operating issues.
· Formulates and recommends standards for achieving maximum performance and efficiency of the system.
· Participates in the planning for retirement of systems programs, and migration of systems infrastructure.
· Provide assistance to IS team members with issues needing technical expertise or complex systems and/or programming knowledge.
Provide on-the-job training for new or less experienced team members.
