Business Analyst conducts business process analysis, needs assessments, and assists with preliminary cost/benefits analysis in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives; Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of particular field of specialization to the completion of complex assignments, across multiple disciplines; under limited supervision, plans, conducts and supervises assignments.  Reviews progress and evaluates results; Assists management in planning and assigning personnel for given projects or tasks; recommends changes in procedures; reviews progress with management.
