Looking for NextGen Sequencing Bioinformatics Specialist
Responsibilities:
"Develop infrastructure (workflows, tools, databases, and
applications) using open-source and custom developed applications to
support genomics.
"Automate and simplify the genomic analysis and data management
lifecycle
"Candidate must have NextGen Sequencing experience
"Candidate must have 3-5 years experience in building application &
implementing algorithm
Required/Desired skills:
"Bioinformatics Degree – Masters or PhD
"Java – 3 Years
"UNIX Shell Scripting – 3 years
"Perl – 3 years
"NextGen Sequencing experience – 6 months
"Galaxy (workflow tool) not required but highly desired - 1 year
