Specification
At least 4 years strong SAP CRM technical and functional experience with excellent SAP CRM project life cycle exposure. Must be flexible and be able to positively influence solution delivery.
Essential Key Skills Required:
Strong BSP Development Skills
Strong ABAP Development Skills (to include Object Orientated Development (OO)
Excellent CRM UI Configuration Skills to include extensive use of enhancement tools to configure UI objects and component sets.
Extensive use of enhancement tools to configure/customize UI Objects and component set.
Understanding of Role Configuration and impact on SAP CRM application
Excellent SAP CRM Architecture knowledge of Client UI Components, Presentation Layer, Business Layer Components and Business Engine Components.
Extensive CRM base customization to include Business Partner, transaction management, activity management and product configuration
thorough understanding of SAP CRM Middleware processes such as BDoc modelling, administration processes and migration/synchronization processes
Strong functional and technical skills to translate business requirements to application design
Ability to translate Application Design to Detailed Design
Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
Desirable Skills:
Ability to conduct workshops and presentations
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Exposure to Scrum Alliance Agile Methodology
Commitment to delivering to the highest Standards
