PHONE HIRE - Java Backend Developer // San Jose, CA // 6 Months

Title: Java Backend Developer

Location: San Jose, CA

Duration: 6 Months+

Rate: $50/hr All Inclusive Max

 

Requirement / Responsibilities:

·         4+ years of large scale, full lifecycle development experience and at least 2 years as a lead engineer.

·         4+ years using and developing in Java.

·         4+ years experience required in object-oriented design methodology and application development in Java and J2EE, including Servlets, JSP, Java Beans, EJB, JMS, RMI and JDBC. 

·         Knowledge of parsers and compilers, web services including SOAP, XML-HTTP, and globalization / localization is a plus.

·         A successful track record of creating and documenting APIs that enable modular, extensible design.

·         Extensive experience in designing and implementing large server software with particular attention to security, scalability and high performance.

 

Mandatory Skills:

1.       Spring

2.       Hibernate

3.       Web services

 

Job Roles / Responsibilities:     

·         Design, develop and enhance back end application using custom framework.

·         Estimate engineering effort, prioritize projects, plan implementations, and help roll out system changes.

·         Follow engineering processes to deliver high quality products and services. 

·        Interfacing with multiple team to get the project on the site on time. Teams include Architecture, Product Management, Site Ops, DBA, etc

·        Would be working as part of the client team
